    how far is gangai konda sola puram from udayarkudi/ Kadambur or
    wheresoever aaditya karikaalan was murdered.

    was there a connection when rajendra chose that place for his new
    capital.

    I always had a hunch that kalki based his picturisation of aaditya(
    about whom we know little) on the charecterestics of rajendra.
