the answers A- ALAI MINAR this was allaudin khilgi's ambitious project next to the qutb minar. he wanted it to be double the height of the qutb. it may have been planned with the resources supplied by Malik kafur who finished off the tamil kingdoms. however the building is incomplete because of the ( possible) murder of allaudin by malik.
B. the photo is of the last mughal emperor of India- Bahadur shah zafar. he was the unfortunate king to preside over the curtains for a glorius dynasty. this was a photo taken in Burma where he was in exile. he was also a great urudu poet. read about his last days in Khuswant singhs novel " dehi"
