A unique museum devoted exclusiively to display of maritime heritage of india rests amidst a verdent 22 acre campus on NHAVA of mumbai harbour.
The Museum highlights over 4000 years of India's maritime history through a number of displays beginning with Pre Mauryan, Andhra, Kushan, Chola, Mughal,kalinga, Maratha, and British periods. The museums boasts of over 1000 exhibits including some vintage phots,models of water vessels and old maritime documetns.
