A keen researcher of indology Dr. Dhar is an authority in language ,literature,place name study & linguistics. Dr. Dhar is involved in various research projects in archaeology, historical linguistics of Orissa. A Ph.D holder of Utkal University ,Dr.Dhar has attended various university seminar including National seminars by delhi university,Delhi & Central institute of italian language,Mysore. Dr.J.N. Dhar is an expert in electronic media & print media & has covered in AIR for last 20 years and was in PIB,Govt of India. Before that Dr.Dhar has also worked with DW(radio)-germany,Comonwealth broadcasting association in India and abroad. At present Dr. Dhar was working with KALINGA TAMIL in relationship with the temple study.
