the project in which Dr.Pitchaiappan is currently working is funded by national geographic channel.the project is focussed to find the early ancestor for human beings, the migration pattern of early humans and the early settled areas. the project has been awraded to a very lilmited researchers across the world ( 10 researchers in the world. i have few friends who are currently working in this project in india. currently now they are collecting samples from various ethnic and caste groups across india.
