I guess there is no other BETTER OR EASIER WAY to generate more interest in Mahendra, Narsimha or similar Kings of Pallava dynasty.

Mahendra @ Vichitra Chitar (read Vizag Dhivakar's fiction too) lived true to his pet name !!
It has been taught through our School books that Maamallar @ Narasimha I (s/o Mahendra I) built / arranged through RELIEF (CHISTLING AWAY PORTIONS OF ROCK NOT NEEDED) to create the Pancha Pandava Rathas etc...
The Arjunan Thapas in Mamallai is supposed to be one of the WORLD's LONGEST PANEL of Sculptures.
It has been widely discussed in our Group that the RATHAS - Darmaraja (eldest of Panchapandavas) - was not created by Narasimha but by Rajasimha Pallava ..
He (Rajasimha) has also constructed the KAILASANATHAR TEMPLE in KANCHI and Pulikesin's Warriors - in a bid to destroy Kanchi to avenge Vatapi destruction - were awe-struck by its Grandeur and beauty and leaving Kanchi untouched !
Incidentally this is also believed to be a Model Temple to the thought process of the Big Temple - " Thenkailasam" in Thanjai by RRC !
