    I am sur all of you will apppreciate the fact the indexing is based on the subject heading unless we change the subject the archiving is useless

    PLEASE
    1.CHANGE SUBJECT IF YOU ARE WRITING ABOUT SOMETHING DIFFERENT

    2 PLEASE DELETE THE PREVIOUS MAILS contents except relevent sections rather than 6-16 previous mails contents
