I read that a news paper when I was in India. Some one was trying to build a house, for that they are digging the land for basement. 2 workers working in that area got some pots of Gold coins and kept it as secret for some time and after 1 month when they try to sold (on the way to sell the gold coins), they got caught in some check post.
As per my reading in News papers, Few coins they already melted and few are Vijayanagara Age, apart from Gold Coin there are some copper coins also found in that.
