Mr. Udayakumar of Kumbakonam temples Group was kind enough to introduce us to the official site of Thanjai Aranmanai Devasthanam which controls Big temple, Saraswathi Mahal, Nisumbasoodhani, Mariyamman temple etc. Pls. go through their site and photo gallary.

I think the right place to off-load some of the best photos we picked is this Devasthanam site - impress upon the crown Prince H.H. Bhonsle and seek permission to do extensive work in the temple and similar assets.

Sadhaya vizha celebrated as an official function celebrated by Thanjavur collectorate with existing royals. However we can do our celebration possibly.
We can invite friends and famlilies living with us wherever we are in village or town or city.
We can perform archana on RR's name at local temple(I just related as we do in Tamil new year) celebrate by presenting a sweet pongal etc.
We can invite school childrens on second day(1st day schools closed in Thanjavur, Tiruvarur, Nagapattinam dists) as well as elders.
Generally we can celebrate conveniently during school days to invite school children and giving them brief about RR. Its really worth.
I am still remembering my teacher at my elementary schooling in my village how beautifully taught Karikal Cholan, Uraiyur, Venniparanthalai and Puhar.
