In Trichy Ramyas, pencil (line) drawings of various temples - resembling SILPI - are displayed in the corridors !
Poothi Vikrama Kesari (of Kodumbalur) and Periya Pazhuvettarayar (Chinna Pzhvtr - being imaginary) appear to be contemporary of Aditya (around 920 AD) whereas PS Story era is around 969 !
This should have been necessiated since none comparable to them is heard of during Sundara's last days.
Vandhiyathevan appears to be more active post - Rajaraja period (means during Rajendra period) according to a Historian !
So, portraiting Vandiyathevan as a Mappillai overstayed at Sundara from Thalaideevapavali might have been to accord more prominance to Kundavai !
And imagine, Sembian Madevi - lived through the demise of her husband as well as son - and stuck to the Puhundaveedu - Chonadu ! for about a Century !

sundara seems to have ruled till 970. perhaps he outlived aditya by 3 years(????) so story must have taken place in 967-968.
actually halleys comet appeared only in 989.( sure could have been another comet)
is there a historical reference to the comet in chola copper plates or is it kalki's imagination.?
