According to history and PS Arinjayas wife ans Sundaras mother was from Vaithumbarayar clan...and the beauty elements came from that side hence Sundara.....

i need to check my notes. they are not in the best of order.
however i could trace this alone. kalki in ps ( chapter 82 book 5)says arijaya like his dad paranthaka married from several clans including vaithumbarayar. pazhuvur is not mentioned but then i need to check the rest of the notes. i dont remember telling in KM that sundaras mother was from pazhuvur. just that arinjaya married a girl from pazhuvur. will check up and get back.

to be very frank i dont even know the names of the wives of the chola kings as swetha or others can quote. it was just a passing phrase. but then keep looking. you might find another 100 such slips
