since last 5 years,i am only concentrated on orissa tamil relations through my kalinga_tamil@yahoo.co.in e mail netwrok and my field works.
now adding to the above spreading the same work to andhra,westbengal,chattisgrah,bihar and jharkand (neighbouring my state)through my mail contact,history congress,universities,archeological and museum netwrok.
I am reuesting our PSVP network where i am allmost spending a happy time with u all for the last 10 month to support for the the national cause of finding missing link of the Indian history.
How about an adventure that traces the path of Rajendra's victory of the Ganges ? It could be made as a cultural exchange program itself by partnering with some cultural / historical groups on the path...
Could be taken by young members of our group in an appropriate season.
tours entitled " in the footsteps of or foot falls of..." are fascinating. recently one chinese man retraced the steps of huan tsang from china to nalanda. national geographic magazine entrusted men with the mission of retracing real life journeys like that of alexander and fictional charecters like sindbad and jason. rjc's trip should stir up that kind of interest. venketesh
