    Dear Gokul,

    In Trichy, in one the Hotels, in the corridors - at about 20 feet
    spaced - they have portraited several sketches of " Silpi" - framed
    and preserved.

    Can find out and put more infor.

    CCS Rajan mail with release dates - excellent.

    Re True History of KB & Maruthus, it is difficult.
    However we can compile more and find out whether it is done already.

    Venkat is as usual very informative.

    Uma - we should include sivaganga in the next itenanry.
    VK we should do this when visiting Madurai.

    Nice to see Sri's mails.

    a couple of years ago ananda vikadan brought out a commomerative
    volume with many of silpis sketches.
    there was an article about shilpi too in kumudam( a series of great
    tamils)
    will search.
    I think the copyright of the pictures is held by vikadan and shilpi's
    family(??????)
